2026 Practice Schedule
Morning practice will begin Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
Practices are held at the Braun Oaks Pool, unless otherwise communicated by the team.

2026 Morning Practice Times

| 7 and under — The Littles | 9:00–9:30 AM |
| 10 and under — The Middles | 9:30–10:30 AM |
| 11 and over — The Bigs | 10:30–11:30 AM |
Practice is held Monday through Friday unless canceled due to weather, pool conditions, or other team needs.
Families will be notified through SwimTopia/team email if practice is canceled or changed.
Practice Reminders
Swimmers should arrive a few minutes before their practice time, so they are ready to get in the water on time.
Swimmers should bring:
- Swimsuit
- Goggles
- Swim cap
- Towel
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
Please make sure swimmers are picked up promptly at the end of practice.
Regular practice attendance is the best way for swimmers to grow, build confidence, improve technique, and feel prepared for meets.
Family Reminders
Please help us keep the pool area clean, organized, and safe for everyone.
- If you move chairs and/or tables during practice, please return them to their original location before leaving.
- Please make sure you have all of your belongings before leaving the pool.
- Please label towels, clothes, goggles, water bottles, and other swim items. It is difficult to return lost items to their owners when they do not have names on them.
- If siblings are waiting at the pool during another swimmer’s practice time, please help keep them entertained and supervised.
- Waiting siblings should stay calm and respectful so swimmers can focus and coaches are able to coach without distractions.
- Please help keep noise levels low enough that swimmers can hear the coaches during practice.
