Please visit the Team Contacts page for the most current contact information.

Does my swimmer need to know all four strokes before joining?
Swimmers do not need to be experts, but they should be comfortable in the water and ready to participate in a group practice setting.

Do parents need to stay during practice?
Parents should follow team guidance for their swimmer’s age and comfort level. Families should make sure swimmers are picked up promptly at the end of practice.

What should I do if my swimmer will miss practice?
If you know your swimmer will miss practice, please let the coaches know as soon as possible. We understand that families are busy and conflicts happen. Regular attendance is the best way for swimmers to grow, build confidence, and improve their skills. The more swimmers are able to participate in practice, the more comfortable and prepared they will feel in the water and at meets.
