We've arrived !! !  End of swim season - one week left!!!!  Again, Champs will be Thursday, June 26th starting at 10:00 AM - Warm ups at 9:00 AM.  We have not received our place assignment at the North Side Aquatic outdoor pool.  I anticipate we will have instructions from North Side on Monday to be shared with everyone.  But here is what I DO know:

• All assigned volunteers that will be on deck must register with North Side for a background check.  You will be issued a wrist band when you enter the facility. Here is the link to go online and register: This must be done before Monday, June 23,2025.

• North Side teachers or frequent parent volunteers who have already registered do not need to do it again.
• We have not yet received our place assignment on the deck for our swimmers.  Usually we are placed under an awning next to the dive pool.  I will keep you informed.
• Meet starts at 10:00 AM. Swimmers will have to be there early enough for designated warmups.  Plan to be at the facility no later than 8:30 AM to get settled in, get caps, retrieve goggles and be marked up for your event.  They move fast once they start.

• I will post the heat sheet when it is available. PLEASE carefully mark your swimmer and put their name on their back so that wranglers and deck ready can find them.  SWIMMERS MUST STAY IN THE ASSIGNED AREA FOR BRAUN OAKS SO THAT WRANGLERS CAN FIND YOU.  Bring drinks and snacks as you will be in the holding area for awhile.
• Swim caps will be distributed Thursday morning.  Coach requires swim caps and black suits or jammers for Champs.  (So we can recognize our swimmers !)
• We have new teams in our division this year and they have more swimmers than we do.  It will be a LONG meet. Probably 4 to 5 hours.
• Reach out to Coach and myself  if you are NOT attending.  It is critical that we have an accurate count to build the events.

More info on our end of season party will be forthcoming under another email.  It will be held Friday, June 27th at the pool starting at 5:00 to 5:30 PM.  Swimming, fun games, good food, everyone brings an assigned dish ( see forthcoming email), awards and lots of fun.
