UPDATES:

• Still need 2 more Deck Ready volunteers.  I moved Adriana Menchaca to Head Deck Ready so two more volunteers need to step forward.  This is a great way to watch the entire meet and see your swimmer swim - as long as you are makiing sure that your assigned swimmers are in their deck ready chairs and ready to move up....and are in the right lane for the right event.  Heat Sheet will be provided.
• Brent Amstead - I've assigned you as stroke official.  I hope you are available !!!!!
• Parking is very limited.  Braun Oaks parents try to park on the side streets off of Tezel.  We want to provide space at Dollar General for visiting attendees.  This is NO JOKE.  We are relying on the good will of Dollar General to open up space.  Parking is ONLY against the street and NOT at the rear of the building.  It blocks deliveries. Their patience is tested.  If you don't comply  - I can't help you get your car out of the impound lot !
• Pizza is on the menu - along with candy, cotton candy, faux cheese nachos, watermelon, icee pops, sodas and water.  We will accept cash or venmo.
• Swimmers be at the pool between 3:45 and 4:00.  Coach wants everyone in the water at 4:15 for warm up.  BTW - Woodridge has 80 swimmers.  This will be a tough meet.
• Mark your swimmers' names in their shirts if they are wearing them.  We already have had a lost shirt.
• Our big sponsor Texas Famly Orthodontics will be out at the pool sometime next week  with swag bags and encouragement.  Date and time TBD.  Show them some love !!!
• Group photo is tentatively scheduled for Monday, June 16th or Tuesday, June 17th. Waiting for confirmation.  It will be at 8:00 AM on the designated date. Stay tuned.
