Thank you to the parents who have already gone online and registered your volunteer position.  It appears that we still need timers.  We need 3 timers for the first shift.  We need 1 timer for the 2nd shift. 

We need 3 to 4 Deck Ready volunteers.

Here is how it works:  Wranglers get the swimmers lined up ready for their upcoming event.  When their event is near - they move to deck ready.  The Deck Ready volunteers are important because they make sure the kids are in the right lane, for the right event and share words of encouragement.  Deck Ready is important.   A swimmer misses their event and gives the competing team an advantage - it's like blowing a lay up in basketball and then having the other team rebound your miss, drive it to the basket and get the point.  Don't be a Deck Ready drop out - sign up !  It's worth a hot dog at concessions !
