Parents -

We will have our make up virtual meet tomorrow at practice.  This is how it works:

It will be handled just like a regular meet except we will be swimming virtually, recording our times, Woodridge will swim  their evenTs virtually and record their times at their pool.  We then merge them together.

So ALL 10 and unders be at the pool at 9:00 AM.  You will swim first in the evetst that you were entered into for today.  Keep your markings on your arms. Coach will call the events on the microphone.  Wranglers will pull all of their 10 and unders and deck ready will line them up just as our heat sheet shows. Parent volunteers will work their lane just as they would have if the meet today had been held.  Selena Jasso will record the times in the system and "Wallah"!!!!!! we will have our meet completed.

Then 11 and overs will do the same thing during their practice period from 10:30 to 11:30 AM..  Wranglers will coordinate all the 11 and overs and hand them off to deck ready volunteers - who will line them up and parent volunteers will time their lane.  "Wallah" we will have our meet completed.

I need all of the volunteers for wrangler, deck ready and timers to work just as  you would have if we had been able to have our meet today.

***WE NEED ALL OF OUR SWIMMERS TO CHEER FOR THOSE THAT ARE SWIMMING THEIR EVENT - JUST AS  YOU WOULD IF WE WERE HOLDING THE MEET.

Timer sheets, stop watches and clipboards are in the clubhouse ready to be used.  There are extra heat sheets as well.  Good luck.  I want to be able to hear ALL of you cheering tomorrow - although I won't be there.
