Parents -

You may go online and declare your swimmer(s) as attending or not attending the Divisional Champs meet held Thursday, June 27, 2024 in the morning.  The doors open at 8:15 AM. Coaches meeting is at 8:30 AM.  Warm up at 9:00 AM. Meet starts at 10:00 AM.

We need our new parents to step up and assist our tenured parents with this event.  You can time, you can wrangle or you can escort each event  team participant  from the holding area to the proper lane.  We have seasoned and capable parents who can assist to teach you in the fine art of herding cats !!!

We do not yet have our team area assignment yet.  We may need parents with pop up shade tents to stand ready in the event we do not get assigned area with coverage. Spectators are asked to sit in the bleachers.  Only coaches, athletes and assigned volunteers are allowed in the team area or on deck.

We will coordinate further as we get closer to the event.  Also a reminder that end of season party will take place at 5:00 PM following the Champs event.  It will be held at our pool with hamburgers, hot dogs provided.  We will follow up with a separate email assigning pot luck dishes and fixins'. It is BYOD ( Bring Your Own Drinks) for the afternoon/evening event.  We will have fun pool activities, followed by good food, followed by awards.
